- 工芸品，絵画などの展示、撮影、講習会(30名程度)など、その他目的につきましてはお気軽にご相談ください。住宅街所在のため、ライブなどの近隣住民の迷惑になるものはお受け致しかねます。

展示方法について
- 展示板、展示台のほか、大・中展示室の壁は自由に直接展示していただけるようになっております。
※展示終了時にねじ穴は補正していただきます。

- お申込み時に予約金として使用料金の30％、利用開始日の1ヵ月前までに残金をお支払いいただきます。
※搬入・搬出時間も含めご予約ください。準備開始から行事終了後の片付け・清掃時間を含めての利用料となります。

- 予約金は返金不可。お客様都合のキャンセルの場合、ご利用日の3週間前以降のキャンセルは全額を申し受けますので

- 当ギャラリーホームページにて掲載いたしますが、案内状は各位でご用意ください。
その他注意事項
- スタッフは常駐しておりません。利用時は利用者または代理人が常駐してください。
- 来訪者の建物外部での行列などが予想される場合は、主催者は整備上の対応をご検討願います。
- 鍵の紛失の場合、扉の鍵穴金具及び鍵の交換費を徴収させていただきます。
- 展示作品の監視・保全は展示者側の責任でお願いいたします。破損、汚損、火災、盗難などの不慮の災害、事故に関しての責任は負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
- ギャラリー内は禁煙です。火気厳禁でお願いします。
- 使用権を第三者に転貸、譲渡することはお断りいたします。
- 展示終了時に原状復帰していただきます。会場や建物共用部の設備を破損・汚損した場合、原状復帰にかかる修理・修復費用は実費負担となりますので、ご注意ください。
- ゴミは全てお持ち帰り下さい。
- 展示作品の販売は自由です。販売時の責任は負いかねますのでご了承ください。
- その他はご相談の上決めさせていただきます。
Gallery Descriptions and Host Rules
Use of the Gallery
- Rental hours basically 10:30-18:00 (negotiable)
- All bookings are subject to availability.
Purposes
- For the exhibitions of crafts, paintings or such, photograph shootings, lectures (for approx. 30 persons), etc.
- Negotiable for other purposes. Situated in a quiet residential area, no Live Bands or whatever that may cause annoyances to the neighboring residents.

Methods of display
- In addition to display boards and display stands, the walls of the main and the medium exhibition rooms can be freely and directly displayed.
※When the exhibition is over, the screw holes must be corrected and brought to the original state

Rental pricing
- 44,000/day
- Non-refundable 30% due at time of booking.
- The balance payment is to be paid at least one month before the start of use.
※loading and unloading times inclusive. Rental hours basically billed from beginning of set-up and end of clean up.
Application

- In case of an application over the telephone, please state the purpose of use, the desired date of use and your designating space.
- Please make a reservation in advance for a previous viewing of the venue.
Cancellations
- The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations at the tenant’s convenience made less than three weeks prior to the date of use will be charged in full.
Announcements
- The gallery will post notices on its website, but tenants are requested to prepare their own invitations.
Other notes
- No support staff is allocated by the gallery owner on premises during the tenant’s event. The tenant or a representative must be present during the event period.
- For events anticipating large crowds and/or lines, the tenant must have a plan for crowd control.
- In case the tenant loses the key, the cost of replacing the keyhole fittings and keys will be charged.
- Tenants are responsible for the security of the exhibited works. The gallery owner is not responsible for damage, defacement, fire, theft or other unforeseen disasters or accidents.
- There is no smoking allowed in the space. Please refrain from any use of fire.
- The right of use may not be subleased or transferred to a third party.
- The leased space(s) is to be returned to its original state within the lease period. Please note that if you damage or deface the venue or the facilities of the building, you will be responsible for the actual costs of repairing or restoring the venue or the facilities to their original state.
- Please take all rubbish with you.
- The works on display may be sold freely. The gallery owner is not responsible for the sales sponsored by the tenant.
- Other arrangements, if any, is negotiable.
